Discus and support Microsoft Word Games lost my stats somehow, is there anyway to get the back? in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I had a connection issue and lost all my stats for the game.     Microsoft Word Games lost my stats somehow, is there anyway to get the back?


    I had a connection issue and lost all my stats for the game. It reset back to nothing. Is there a way to regain those stats, which apparently still exist in that damn cloud!

    Can you change your email if you have 2 step verification on but can't use that email anymore?

    Is anyway to verify it somehow ? If the two step verification is on and i guess i lost the one year gold membership and games i paid for digitally?

    Either I buy it on my computer on Steam or Epic Games and somehow transfer it to xbox one that's why I want to play it so much on xbox one anyway so I buy it on my computer because if the xbox one breaks the game is lost and if I get a better computer I would play it on that

    Thank you very much! I deleted and redownloaded my profile and I have my gamerscore back. When I play a game I don't get disconnected from Xbox Live and all my stats are there. I forgot to clear my cache but the only thing that I've lost is my dashboard
    background, which I'm about to change anyway. Once again, thank you very much for the helpful and prompt response.
