Microsoft Won’t Restore My Compromised Account

If you still believe it's been compromised after changing your password, you would want to go through

the Compromised Account Solution. A factory reset would restore your console to how it was out of the box. It's not really necessary if you feel your account has been compromised.

if it is a perma ban then they had a reason to ban.

if your account was compromised which in itself is very rare then you need to fill out a form to get recovery of the account, if they find that the account was compromised by no fault of yours before the alleged offence for banning took place then that gives grounds to restore the account.

I would like to let you know that is not possible to override one Microsoft account with other.

Creating a new Microsoft account using the old email doesn't restore the content purchased with that account.
Do you don't know if maybe your account was compromised?

As far as I know is not possible to transfer content / purchases / licenses / progress between Microsoft accounts.

If you recover the compromised account, probably the proper team is going to assign a new alias or restore the old (before the hack) but not you're not going to receive a whole new Microsoft account
