    your country is irrelevant. Price protection is a very common business practice of most retailers. BTW the correct word is 'most.' Look at some of the retailers that have price protection. Amazon, Wal-Mart, K-Mart/Sears, Costco, Target, Home Depot... they
    do the bulk of the world's retail transactions so their pure volume quantifies them as 'most.' But to me none of it is here nor there. I do not care whether you accept the facts or not. Nice is a choice and I will choose nice as I leave this conversation for
    those with far more time on their hands to bicker about.

    If you think those companies do the bulk of the worlds retail then you're in for a bit of a shock,they don't.

    Being an ambassador does not mean I can't post my opinion & tell it how it is.

    As mentioned,maybe pat attention & do a bit of research before having a pop at someone on the forums.

    As you have nothing useful or constructive to add to this thread then it's for the best if you don't post again.

    I've said all that's needed so i'm done as well.

    I asked for a refund after 10 days when the bug started!

    There's no patch to be released. Even if so, it wouldn't bring back all I lost.

    I just can't play the game, Ubisoft won't solve and you won't refund me.

    I'm totally ****! Money threw in the garbage with Microsoft.

    Sorry but you won't be able to get a refund for the pass. Microsoft rarely refund purchases for various reasons but this isn't one of them.

    The same thing is happening to me. I was on with customer support who escalated it, and Microsoft basically told me tough luck. They gave me a refund for one episode at 240 points, then refused to help me further. Guess I'll use a video service that works,
    since Microsoft won't stand behind their product.
