Microsoft won't refund me after $300 worth of fraud

So in February I had $300 worth of gift cards stolen. I tried to get a refund and Microsoft denied me even though someone has been signing into my account from all over the country and at unknown locations/ISPs. Clearly there's someone else digging around
in my account but for some reason the people working here say they don't see any of that, even though i see it on my account. I went to my bank in they refunded me, initially. A month rolls by and the bank takes back the 300 dollars saying nothing unusual
went on. The bank won't let me get my money back at they say the only way to get the 300 dollars is by getting it refunded by Microsoft. It blows my mind on so many levels. 2 disputes on the bank, denied. Now count it, 3, three refund requests from Microsoft
and they won't refund me because they claim nothing usual happened. mind, you, i haven't spent more than 50 dollars on the xbox store EVER in my life so a $300 purchase was just in the norm I guess. Plus locations around the US that have been accessing my
account doesn't raise any red flags. Seriously for a company that is the corner stone of electronics and computers I expected a lot better of a resolve here. I expected them to track down the ISP of who ever did this but alas. What a wonderful era to be
a cyber criminal.

I literally have a police report in which an officer and I went through the entire history of my account and he confirmed suspicious activity.
