    Microsoft wont listen to the community


    For about 3 months ive been trying to fix the issue when i try to download my profile on anny backwards compatibility game. It all started about 3 months ago after my xbox one s updated every time i go on any backwards compatibility game it goes to a grey
    screen saying checking xbox 360 info with a download bar underneath it doesnt move for 5 minutes and the screen goes black and my game is starting didn't think much about it until i press start and it said download profile and i tried and then it says cant
    conect to xbox live so i reseayrched thousands of methods and this is what ive tried and nothing worked

    Wiping my 360 storage

    Redownloading al of my games

    Resetting my profile

    Making a new profile

    Trying different wifi connections like wired,personal hotspot from 7 different phones,telstra air even f###ing mac Donald's wifi

    Ive whent to the extreem to the point i fully factory reset my enire console that didnt even work ive seen posts on xbox.com going back to 2015 and they eventually couldnt solve te issue. Tis issue happens on my mates xbox one x

    Note:this happens on the games from game pass and the ones ive brought

    Before I pre-order by PS4, I'm kinda holding onto a small glimmer of hope that they WILL listen. I mean, they're adding the start button back to Windows 8.1 due to consumer demand, so maybe there IS a small glimmer of hope.

    Dont listen to the previous silver troll. Make sure you follow the necessary steps to limit communications on your grandson's profile. A good rule I live bye is if I dont know the GT that sent the msg. I wont open it.

    Microsoft doesnt care about your or mine opinion. Microsoft cares about our money. But when money floats to PS4, then they probably care, when MS cares, i wont give a #%"! anymore. They should listen.
