Microsoft won't let me pay for my suspended Xbox Live subscription.

I go to my subscription and services and it tells me that my Xbox Live subscription is suspended until I make a payment on it....     Microsoft won't let me pay for my suspended Xbox Live subscription.


    Can anybody help me out? I go to my subscription and services and it tells me that my Xbox Live subscription is suspended until I make a payment on it. It doesn't tell me that I have a balance that I owe, it just tells me that my subscription is suspended
    and that I need to make a payment before I can use my subscription any further. I've tried two different credit card options, both with an available balance and it tells me it'll start using the selected option to pay for my subscription but it never actually
    charges anything. I keep getting the same message that I need to pay for the subscription but it's like Microsoft isn't taking the payments or anything. Like I said both cards have available balances but nothing is being charged.

    not able to pay

    One of my payments for xbox live gold didn't go through not too long ago but it won't let me pay it. Microsoft told me to go to services and subscriptions to pay it but it won't let me. when I go to my billing history it says "charge failed" and "needs attention"
    but it will not allow me to do anything about it, at least not to my knowledge. any suggestions?

    My gamepass subscription is suspended and it won't let me pay with my Microsoft funds and it won't let me cancel either.
    Well first you need to pay with a creditcard or debit for it to release your account

    Two you cant cancel until after you pay for it and it would only be the prorated charge since you are more then 21 days into the membership

    Yes they only suspend you after 21 days of non payment

    Curling it will forfeit the time left and only pay the prorated amount left
