    Well a new week and no game codes, no surprise as it is clear by the posts here they just don't care. Just cant believe that Microsoft will not even bother to answer any of us that are having this issue.

    For the $10 gift card you'd have to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com since that offer is through them. For the game codes, if you haven't already, you need to post

    Yet another day with no response from Microsoft. Help up my end paid in full, never received the $10.00 gift card of the 4 360 games. Finally spoke to a so called supervisor at Microsoft x box support. What a jerk, rude, condescending and absolutely no
    help. He blamed the developer and stated the Microsoft store would have to resolve it. Guess what, the Microsoft store transferred me to him. Does anyone at Microsoft take any responsibility? Very poor customer service with an unprofessional staff. I
    can hear playstation calling my name.

    I also have a question I need help with.

    Are there any xbox series x games that have up to 4player split screen and are a shooter game that require no gamepass to play multiplayer.

    (Bye shooter game I mean a shooter battleroyale game)

    PS: By the way my sister is buying a robux gift card $20 and she wont budge when i say buy a xbox gift card please give me reasons why a xbox gift card is better by the this Wednesday before time runs out.

    Where is my code from Microsoft rewards?

    The funds are automatically deposited into your account and not sent as a code. So check http://account.microsoft.com to see if it shows there. Keep in mind it can take up to 24 hours to receive the funds after redeeming it. If you still don't have it after that time, check your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site and it'll either list a code there or give the option to resend it. If not, contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.
