Microsoft, what are you trying to pull?

Seriously, what kind of scam is the Xbox One? This thing has more problems than any other console I've ever had. Try to get into the Store? Good luck, if it doesn't freeze up completely it will take and incredibly long time to get anything done. Play games?
Sure, but half the time it will "take too long to start", not to mention any other problem you have with it. Own a physical copy? Download it anyway. Why? Cause. Want to play a single player game offline? Nope. I'm seriously trying to play Skyrim right now,
and it's telling me to turn on my xbox live. What? This isn't after I already factory reset the thing because I think became unplayably slow. Yet you demand 300-400 dollars? For what? What have you done to deserve that much for the worst console you have
ever produced?

You're a bunch of con artists, Microsoft.

I been hating on playstation since the ps2 would only play few games and not all do to it could not read the disk. sony refused to fix it so I bought the dream cast. then I bought the og xbox on launch and never turned back. the xbox 360 I loved I was proud
to be a xbox 360 owner. I was confident that the nextbox was going to be something great. while it may be better and far superior then the xbox 360 no one is buying into the hype do to curtain policies you have implanted into the xbone. you need to see all
your fanbases messages here. don't ignore the things that people are telling you. we do matter. we do care but you kick us to the curb we may leave and just not come back.

sony looks like they learned from there mistakes with the ps3 and fallowed the success that the xbox 360 had with making a gaming console they listened to there fans this time. Microsoft went greedy did what they want and not care about us. all these people
on the forums and on the net complaining about the xbone. are not sony fanboys they are long time xbox fans that stood behind you and was proud to be a customer of the xbox. the xbone will fail and it will fall fast. cause once we change to the ps4 it will
be hard for you to bring us back to the xbox

I state I still may buy your xbox one but I wont be buying it on launch I would buy it off some sucker who finds out the facts about your policies and I get one. even then I may never turn the thing on. I own it cause I have a fetish of collecting electronics.

Welcome to the forums

I see your frustration. There has been some reports of shortages on Microsoft servers. OneDrive was effected two days ago, as people could not access their folders. However that should be fixed now. The reason why I brought that up, was because it said on
their service status as all running.

Now, there is a red Xbox Live Service allert here:
support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status

And Microsoft may be looking into it.

Put your console into "offline mode" & play offline.

While I think the disc drives are total crap on the xbox one can't say I've ever had any of the problems you've described on either of my xbox one's.

All disc games have to be installed due to the way they work now,the Blu-ray drive can't run them fast enough,it's the same on Playstation

Sounds like yours might be faulty & need to be sent in for repair.
