Microsoft Website Down

I was trying to claim my warranty for my broken Xbox Elite Series 2 controller (which has 20 days until end of warranty) but when getting to the stage of entering my delivery address (which is already saved in my account) the attached image was displayed on my screen, refreshing does not work. I have retried many times and on different search engines and devices to no effect. I have also tried contacting Microsoft support but that too has been unsuccessful as the help app simply displays the message: "There was a problem loading your support options." Does anybody know how to fix TraceId: 1Vx4PTIIMkGFVP0r.18.167 before my warranty runs out and I'll have to pay for a new controller?

Hello Fergus and Happy New Year, i'm sorry it's happening, this has been an issue since yesterday and I'll guess it is been worked on, I'll suggest you try again after a few hours and also try using multiple browsers as well.
