    When my elite series 2 controller broke a month ago I put in a service order on it. The right bumper had occasional glitches where it wouldn't work. After I put in the service order I got a controller back two weeks later. This "new" controller had stick drift. A problem worse than my first controller. I called Microsoft and had to completely lie about what I need help with just to get a phone call so it doesn't send me to that stupid virtual agent. The virtual agent has been no help and doesn't even have my problem in it's data base. After my first controllers stick drift happened I put in another service order and sure enough two weeks later i got my controller(yesterday). But this controller has stick drift in the left stick this time. At this point I'm tired of my time being wasted could anyone help me find a way to just refund it? it's still under warranty.

    For tht you will need to contact Microsoft/Xbox support, o don't think it's possible to get a refund on the controller but you could get another replacement, it's really uncommon to receive 2 replacements with issues, but if this happens you need to request a new replacement
