    Microsoft warranty never received


    I created a warranty service order for my Xbox elite controller and sent it to Microsoft. I have emails saying they received the controller and sent one back to me. It has been over a month and I never received it and have not gotten an email saying it arrived.

    I have an update on your controller. Our Xbox Rangers are currently looking into the situation and will be contacting you. Our team has opened a lost package investigation with UPS, which can take anywhere from 1-8 business days. As I mentioned before, our Xbox support team will contact you and help get this taken care of.

    Sent controller in for replacement.

    Microsoft keeps sending me broken controllers.

    Latest controller is broken.

    Microsoft won't replace because it's past the warranty.

    Even though I never received a working controller.

    Microsoft is not honoring warranty.

    Sent broken controllers instead of working ones until warranty expired.

    Hope that's short enough, lol. I should have made a summary of the issue in the beginning. My bad. Was frustrated and wanted to detail everything so people know exactly where I'm coming from.

    What you should do is go here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-bil... and get the number for the Microsoft Store Support for your region then give them a call. Explain the situation to them and they'll look into it for you.
