"Microsoft Wallet" payment option

Discus and support "Microsoft Wallet" payment option in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I really wish that Xbox would consider having a "Microsoft Wallet" type option for adding funds to your account.     "Microsoft Wallet" payment option


    I really wish that Xbox would consider having a "Microsoft Wallet" type option for adding funds to your account. I would much rather input my card information one time & then select the amount of money I wish to have added to my account ($5, $10, $25 $50
    $100) than having to be uneasy and keep my information on file. I know what you’re thinking "That’s how Sony does it." True, and with that said I believe the method has been proven to give customers more peace of mind because if the owner of the account then
    decides to remove their card info the "wallet" funds are still there and the account owner can continue to purchase DLCs & renew subscriptions if need be. I just think this is a method that Xbox should consider using as well.

    Yes, I have confirmed the payment info and have tried 2 different cards plus a Microsoft currency card.

    Yes my friend, if you have $30 in wallet on microsoft and want get some product with price is the double you go pay half in wallet cash and the other half you go use some other payment method

    Well if you don't know the details for the account (WLID, security questions etc) then Support can't help you. They need this to verify who you are and not just someone who has stolen your wallet.

    The only other option I could suggest is putting a block on payments to Microsoft through your bank. Though of course that would prevent that card being used for any account on Live. Also having a 'dead' payment option on your present account would lead to
    it eventually being suspended for non-payment.

    huh thats odd, it doesn't even give me the option to use the money in my wallet just to add a payment method

    i do have enough to buy the game im trying to get but it just tells me to add a payment method
