Microsoft vs. Government

What I kind of get from the article is that they are soooo dedicated to protecting your privacy that they won't release it to a government unless they have a legit reason to. NZ and Australian governments have strict privacy laws and may not like another
government from another country accessing peps info from another country unless they have a good reason to. But then again, if Microsoft owns and operates property in a foreign country, they are generally subject also to that countries jurisdiction. It gets
a bit of a mumble jumble though of which laws and rights they want to follow.

It depends how far you go with the "trash talking". If you go to far and offend people, what do you expect?

There is no such thing as. "Microsoft vs. Government." as the "Too Big To Jail." Corporate world is actually the POWER behind the throne.

Corporate/Filthy Rich lobby your elected officials, who's campaigns BTW need's huge sums of cash in order to get elected/reelected. And will thus pass any legislation the corporate world is in favor of.

Nope, I have 2 accounts and on one someone else playing on it as trash talking on a PvP match, and a 2 week suspension, actually two, 7 days ..one on the 5th, and after it was suspended , then again on 7th , by the same person complaining... isn't trash
talking what makes pvp fun?

BUT that's besides the point of Govt. snitch Microsoft...ever looked into what the kinnect can really do ? and what it is doing ?
