Microsoft using old email to send me info

During the request process you will be sent the label to the Microsoft account you are using to request the service, could you share with us please where you see that the label will be sent to a different email?

This is ridiculous. I can't log in for.. whatever reason, they want to send me a code. Fine use my email. Nope we need you to have some other place we can send you the code. Fine I'll add a different email. Great! We'll send the code to the new email! Here's

Thanks for this info. I tried signing in with the old email address and it tells me there is no account associated with it. I've confirmed that the old email account is not listed anywhere in my profile as well.

I think maybe I'll have to try getting in touch with support by submitting the issue as something not associated with email, as using that as an option seems to send me to the forums and not allow me to speak to a support tech.

This is not my issue. My issue is my xbox one attached to my new tv is issue free; my xbox 360 attached to my old tv doesn't recognize me, and continually asks me to provide text, phone, and email info. They ask me for another email. I don't use another
email. One email sends garbage enough.
