Yes but at the time of the account creation I don't believe the terms said anything about valid information so my account should fa under those circumstances of that time but main question hasn't been answered being if I provide my credit card information
which is the one on the account could this be used to change the information?

Really man. Look it's your responsibility to keep track of your information your FALSE information. Providing false information is a violation of the terms of use and will probably end in a account ban on that gamertag anyway so you may as well start from
scratch...

Oh I just remembered why I've always had this issue, it's because when I made my gamer tag back in 2005, it wasn't required to create a Microsoft account. So I never even made one. This feels like trying to play games on a Commodore 64

Find your Microsoft account

You can find the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox LIVE account on your Xbox console. Here’s how:

1. Sign in using your Xbox LIVE gamertag.
2. Go to Settings and select Account.

If you can’t sign in to an Xbox LIVE profile on your console, here are some other ways to find your Microsoft account:
