Microsoft USB TV Tuner Issue

Hi All,

I'm having issues with the usb tv tuner.. all i get is a black screen when trying to watch any channels.

Process used so far & fault finding

1. Everything is plugged in as it should be including coax aerial cable.

2. Have run the channel store and it picks up 145 channels

3. One guide shows all channels and also small pictures of what programs currently playing

4. When selecting a channel through One Guide screen goes black.

5. In settings removed HDMI tv connection and just had USB tuner

6. Changed Coax Arial Cable

7. Rebooted Xbox several times

8. Sometimes get the "Cannot find your tv please plug in your HDMI"

Is there a patch fix for this? or is it the tuner thats knackered?

OTA USB TV TUNER SUPPORT

MSFT just release an USB attached OTA tuner for Europe.

USB TV Tuner Not Found

My Microsoft USB TV Tuner was working fine but now the Xbox One can't find the tuner. When going to the One Guide the message is "TV Tuner Not Found". Tried plugging the USB into a different USB port but no luck.

When going into the device settings it says that nothing is connected to the Xbox One.

Anybody has any suggestion on how to fix it?

 

After Resetting the TV settings / within Xbox One - removing all audio and tv

Clearing all cache (Settings>Disc & Blu-ray>Persistent storage>Clear Persistent Storage)

Resetting all Devices (Home > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address > Clear > Restart)

Then going through the "NEW" guide thats been put up...

This worked...
