Lay off the bong already. The forums here and the gamertag system are not the same. It the gamertag wasn't even censored when it was created then it's certainly not going to be censored in the forums. .

I was speaking of the forum system/software, not the mods. The forum obviously didn't censor it, a mod removed it. That was after I first read the post, and I don't remember seeing anything offensive.

I know the definition of bong, and I stand by my statements. You should lay off of it.

 

i just got off there also, tiring to pay my 2 year agreement, i was told this morning that i could use a prepaid card well guess what? not after doing all that, and sitting on the chat with them and on the phone they said get something else, this has
happened 1 to many times, and they don't give 1 care about it, i ask what they was going to do for me, and they all acted like i just slapped them, lol i wish, i'm ready for a new ps4 and stop the lazy non caring with Microsoft, but they don't care that
is what really burns me up. i'll be contacting the press also on this matter, so that all who consider Xbox, to think twice, and look into psn. the big wigs in Microsoft should open there eyes and wake-up and see how they are treating us players we are there

Was the prepaid card a fully registered card that lets you do automatic billing? There's different types of PP cards.

 

Furthermore, your account info in "My Rewards" will most likely be all *** up as well. It's infuriating! I tried chat with customer service and the poor woman could only tell me that she only handled tech issues, even though I linked directly to her from

Question: Why wasn't I satisfied with the outcome of my 'customer support'?

Because I was told that I have to post in a forum for my issue with "myRewards', then I guess wait for a response

that I'll have to fish out of a thread, who knows how long from now, -and all residing from Xbox, all-of-a-sudden,

(and without prior warning), decided that my gamer tag somehow needed to be changed to, and get this, "fluffyfawn"

followed my some numbers-as if anyone else already took that name-geesh!, and moreover, that I gotta pay 10 bucks

to change it. So my problem that was caused by Xbox, (which I feel was driven by a money extorting scheme, because

there was a sudden rash of this b.s.- proving that hundreds of thousands of people were not complained about by

other xbox users for their gamer tags- that obviously weren't bothering anybody, but by Xbox themselves. Just as if

like yous guys hired a special secret temporary "enforcement team" to fine comb millions of gamertags for being

'inappropriate', then stating that you had every right to change their gamertags-without prior warning- (like last

time, yous guys should of told me that it was the 'last time' i would be able to personalize/change it for free-

because some soccer mom or bad little kid didn't like me/it.) I find this to be rather ungrateful for my business,

and not good for customer satisfaction- this is blatantly rude and money hungry of Microsoft. You guys make a lot

of money off of xbox subscriptions, which really should be free and off of map pack add-ons, apps, streaming,

downloads, etc. Here's an idea for ya's- fire everyone except the manager and her assistant in your "enforcement"

department, and have a programmer write an update to the xbox interface that provides a section in the account

preferences menu which allows the user specify weather they are an adult or parental controlled kid, neutral, or

whatever, and let people play with whatever gamertag they desire without having to be censored for a bunch of

little brats and their mommies that I would definitely prefer not to have to play with anyway. Have a 'kids only'

live gaming section, and have an 'adult / un-censored' live gaming service, please. Dedicate the servers, and be

done with it. Hello? YOU WILL SAVE HELLA MONEY BY NOT HAVING TO DEAL WITH AN ENFORCEMENT DEPARTMENT and a bunch of

stupid complaints that aren't even legitimately merited half the time- oh,and - HAVE BETTER CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

TOO. PLAYSTATION let me have whatever ADULT gamertag I wanted, and until recently, had free online gaming. Everyone

already pays an arm and a leg for access to the internet. So this is why I find it inconceivable that you decided

to copy facebook's recent total bull event where they deleted anyone, mostly drag queens, for not having their real

names so they could force them to 'pay' for commercial performer pages, and probably get a fat check from NSA too,

so that they could easily track and spy on more people on the under, while they were at it, and their bull excuse

was along the same lines just as yours: blah, blah, blah, we wanted to make the xbox live gaming experience better

and more p.c. and people were abusing the system too much so we decided to un provokingly strip them of their names

and say, "whatever, we don't care, pay more money if don't like it", and another side effect, mess up your rewards

points without a customer service access line to help you with the problem. Thanks A Lot, Kathy ***BTW***

Charlotte was great, she just was not able to help me with my problem, which, of course, is shared by countless

others, and was no surprise.

 

changing rules an moving the goal line seems to be a trend that the team at Microsoft likes to do, wow great marketing practice, I was never given any kind of email on my problems OR "Rule Change" if I was I most certainly would have opted for a PS4, now
I'm stuck getting the same response from some copy an paste answer, How does a rep go from Green to Red over night when it was green for the past 4 months an I haven't even owned a xbox in the past two.
