microsoft ultimate word won't sync with cloud

From all I can tell, I believe the problem is that my cloud data for Microsoft Ultimate Word Games is corrupted, and that's preventing me from syncing. Is there a way to erase my Cloud Copy, and then sync my local data back up to the cloud?

Microsoft casual games community.
Towards the bottom you will see their Facebook page and they ask to post there. There is also a
support sitefor the casual games you can look over also. Here are a few steps
to try for the sync issue.

so if ultimate word games (and the like) have syncing probs

1. Check for device updates
   
2. Restart Device
   
3. Toggle ‘Cloud Sync’ in the Game Options Off/On
   
4. Let them know our team is working currently on a solution

Try uninstalling the game and then reinstall it. Also, make sure you go to your Microsoft Store app and update the game's system update.

I have reinstalled several times and it does not work. In store, apps are updated automatically. What does game's system update mean?
