    Microsoft Ultimate Word STILL not corrected


    Microsoft Ultimate Word game April Maps have finally returned but April Progress remains as though the games have not been played.... Is it too much to ask that Microsoft Agent respond to the community about this issue??

    Data Loading Problem

    Microsoft Ultimate Word Games - Daily Challenge - Data is not loading. I first noticed around 5 AM 8/1/18. Still broken 10:00 AM.

    Microsoft Ultimate Word STILL not corrected

    It's worse than that. All my progress since April 2017, including all games played, awards and levels earned are gone. Instead of being at Level 325 I'm now back at 106 and every game I've played since then has disappeared - yet I haven't seen a single official
    response or any notification about what's going on even though I'm a paid subscriber to this game. This is abysmal customer service.
