Microsoft Ultimate Word Games

Why is Microsoft having issues with Microsoft Ultimate Word. I have had several occasions where I have been unable to get on do to some issue with the cloud. BUT, I can get onto the cloud with ALL my other Microsoft XBox games. So help me out here. I had
to uninstall and reinstall Ultimate Word. I LOST EVERYTHING!!!! Totally sucks!!! I was rated Expert in two categories and now I am starting over. MICROSOFT - What the F#@%? I play this and other games often. So why the issues???? I would really love to discuss
this with someone who can actually do something about it and give me back all my previous data!

Microsoft Ultimate Word Games

Problem loading daily challenge data (crosswords). Instructions are to contact support. I've waited and tried getting back in as instructed, cleaned out temp files and finally rebooted without success. I completed the challenges for Gem Collector and Bomb
Difusal but clicking on the Crosswords icon only gives me the error message.

Your help would be appreciated.

Microsoft Ultimate Word Games

I cannot access Mystery Clue Daily Challenge for April 11, 2018. I started trying last night after 1AM and it said to contact support if it continues. This morning I still cannot access this daily game. Can someone please help? Thanks.

I had the same issue. I think if you had your cloud storage enabled, it should have no problem. You have to update your game, though.

Interesting the game is no longer installed on my system. That may have been doing an update to the title. I am re-downloading to see if the save will load properly from the cloud for me and will let you know if I see something similar.

After loading the game my cloud save did bring back all of my progress. Try loading up the game again and make sure it is syncing to your account that your progress had been made on.

I too have problems and want answers. I haven't lost my levels yet. I don't understand why I can play one day, then the next very day the program will not open. I have played this game daily for nearly two years. Since the update in April, I am constantly
deleting the game, restarting my computer and redownloading this game. After the download the game sometimes takes 7 minutes or more to sync. Personally I getting very fed up.

When an application is supported on a platform that is consistently updated, and the app itself either provides updates or patches, this is what will inevitably happen from time to time. The good news is the developers care about continuing to make the
program work and they seem to resolve the issues that do arise in a timely manner. Not sure what more you can expect?

It is in the Microsoft Ultimate Word Games package. It is called Word Twister.

There isn't much you can do when a daily challenge refuses to load. Restart the game or PC might help, or wait a few hours and try again.

No errro messages just doesn't save to the cloud so I have to disable it to play. I'm wondering if I might have to go into apps and reset them, but not sure how to.

Sorry to hear that you're having this problem.

Seeing as this happened today, and before everything was showing up alright, I would say that this is more than likely due to our

Service Alert Xbox Live is currently experiencing and have been almost all day. If you do refer to that page, you should be able to set it up to notify you by text when our Service is back to normal.

I would try to sign out and in as Nestor had suggested after our services are back up.

Let us know how if it comes back up alright afterwards.

Have just checked the Service Alert and it advises me that all Games are working correctly so I have done as advised, signed out and signed back in again but all statistics are still reset to '0'. I have also uninstalled the program, restarted my computer
and reinstalled Ultimate Word Games but all statistics are still reset to '0' (after a very brief synchronisation). For your info, I also play the Microsoft Solitaire Collection and Sudoku games and the statistics for these are still 'intact'
