Microsoft Ultimate Word Games Wordament Level Titles

I am a premium subscriber for the Microsoft Ultimate Word Games, and in Wordament I am level 240, however, for over 100 levels my title has not changed from "Grandmaster". Is this the last title? I was under the impression there was a "Legend" title, if
so, what level do I achieve it? I've searched online and cannot find an answer to this, or a list of level titles. Please help. This is on Windows 10.

I have lost my map for April in Wordament on Microsoft Ultimate Word games????

 

Wordament and Jumble for April now missing from Microsoft Ultimate Word Games

I have been progressing through Jumbles and Wordament puzzles in Microsoft Ultimate Word Games for the month of April and as of last night, I had progressed about a third of the way through April puzzles.

Today, there are no April games for either Jumbles or Wordament. Not just my progress is missing; the entire month of April for both categories is missing.

I uninstalled Microsoft ultimate Word Games and reinstalled, restarted my PC (Windows 10), and the April puzzles for Jumble and Wordament categories are still not there.

As per discussed in my previous 2 posts for this month, April Crosswords have never been available and Microsoft has responded with the usual "we are working on things you will like for future release and we are unable to focus on the missing April Crosswords".

Please assist with problem for missing Wordament and Jumble subsets of puzzles in Microsoft Ultimate Word Games. April is proving to be very disappointing.

After doing a little digging myself, I found a list of the titles for Wordament.

They are as follows:

Level 20: Skilled

Level 35: Seasoned

Level 50: Pro

Level 65: Advanced Pro

Level 80: Expert

Level 100: Advanced Expert

Level 115: Master

Level 130: Grandmaster

Level 150: Legend

As it seems that you're way past that, then your best chance for resolution with this issue is probably to look through our

PS. There is also a service alert currently affecting signing in and recovering progress and Xbox profiles that could be factoring into your issue. I would recommend also going to our

Service Status page and troubleshooting after our outage is resolved.

 

The FAQ contains absolutely no info about level titles, or how to troubleshoot them if not working. I am now about 100 levels PAST legend, and am still a Grandmaster in Wordament. Are you telling me there is no way to troubleshoot this?

Thanks for the reply. If you are still having some issues with Microsoft Ultimate Word Games Wordament Level Titles. I was able to find some troubleshooting steps from the

Microsoft Casual Games Community FAQ/Support page.

Try this:

Solution 1: Restart your PC or tablet Note

Solution 2: Check for device updates Windows 10

Solution 3: Check for game updates

Solution 4: Uninstall and reinstall the game

Hope this helps. Try this out and let us know the results.

 

I have literally wiped the hard disk clean, reinstalled windows 10 from the latest download, all updates, then installed MS Ultimate Word Games, and am STILL a "Wordament Grandmaster" even though I'm level 242 now.

PLEASE look at it on your side and fix my level, it's got to be stored in my XBOX gaming profile.

 

I have done all this, and even wiped my C drive (formatted), reinstalled windows 10, ran all updates, reinstalled Ultimate Word Games from the MS Store, and it still shows my level title in Wordament as "Wordament Grandmaster" even though I am level 242.

Please look at by profile on the MS side for my gamertag, the issue HAS to be on your side at this point, since I did a completely clean reinstall of the OS, and the game, and it's still there.

I'm sorry to hear about this issue with your level title no displaying the correct title. I know that can be frustrating.

On the forums, we don't have the tools to be able to look at accounts or any other personal information unfortunately so if you would like to report this issue and have someone look at your account then I suggest contacting the official
Xbox Customer Support.
