    Microsoft Ultimate Word Games (Win 10) Pemium


    Hi there, is there a problem with the Premium content for Microsoft Ultimate Word Games on Windows 10? I purchased Premium in November last year, Starting from May the game doesn't recognise I have Premium anymore, when I go to purchase again it shows
    me I already have. Can someone give us some answers?

    Thank you Diego, I have tried re-installing the game but that hasn't worked, thanks for providing the links, I shall look at them. It is late in the evening now here in the UK so will look at them probably on Sunday when I will have time. Thanks once again

    clean boot     of your system may also help.
