    Hallo,

    ich habe seit ein paar Wochen das Problem, dass Microsoft Ultimate Word Games (MUWG) die Daten nicht mit der Cloud synchronisieren kann. Ich erhalte auf meinen beiden Rechnern die Fehlermeldung "Ihre Daten können derzeit nicht mit der Cloud synchronisiert
    werden". Auch die Problembehandlung (Apps und Features -> MUWG -> Erweiterte Optionen -> Zurücksetzen) und eine Neuinstallation der App (mit Registry-Bereinigung durch CCleaner) brachten keinen Erfolg. By the way: ich habe 2 oder 3 Tage vorher ein Abo für
    die werbefreie Version abgeschlossen)

    Da ich keine Idee mehr habe, wie ich den Fehler beheben kann, suche ich auf diesem Wege nach einer Lösung. Kennt jemand das Problem und vielleicht eine Lösung ?

    I've had a problem for a few weeks now that Microsoft Ultimate Word Games (MUWG) can't sync the data to the cloud. I get the error message "Your data cannot be synchronized with the cloud" on my two machines. Also the troubleshooting (apps and features
    -> MUWG -> Advanced options -> Reset) and a reinstallation of the app (with registry cleanup by CCleaner) were not successful. By the way: I have completed a subscription for the ad-free version 2 or 3 days before)

    Since I no longer have an idea how to fix the error, I am looking for a solution in this way. Does anyone know the problem and maybe a solution?

    1. Check for device updates
    2. Restart Device
    3. Toggle ‘Cloud Sync’ in the Game Options Off/On

    Hello Brad,

    I checked for updates with "normal" Windows update and with "Updates and Download" in Microsoft store app. No updates were available. I toggled "cloud sync" to off and restarted the device. Then i switched "cloud sync" back to on and restarted the device.

    The problem is still present.

    Thank you Diego, I have tried re-installing the game but that hasn't worked, thanks for providing the links, I shall look at them. It is late in the evening now here in the UK so will look at them probably on Sunday when I will have time. Thanks once again

    clean boot     of your system may also help.
