    Microsoft Ultimate Word Games Second Time My Progress Was Completely Wiped Out


    I have been playing this game for several years -- was close to 500 level on WORDAMENT and 300 on JUMBLE. It is connected to the XBOX console and I am a Premium Player.

    About 3 months ago, I signed on and all levels were zero. I e-mailed Microsoft but got no reply so started all over again. Up to close to 300 on WORDAMENT and 60 on JUMBLE. All daily challenges were completed.

    I signed on this morning and again, everything is wiped out.

    Any suggestions on how to recover?

    this happened to me. I cleared my cache, deleted my gamertag, (just the tag, all the other stuff) recovered my tag, did the game updates, and i was back to my level. i also didn't try and play a game when this happened. I've read once you play online you're

    fool! read the details. all things sold in the marketplace are non-refundable. so you have choices, suck up and keep the game so you can get all dlc since u payed for it.... or ragequit. your choice :)
