    Microsoft Ultimate Word Games Premium Subscription does not show on my Microsoft Account


    I purchased a Premium Subscription for MUWG on 12/04/2025, and it has activated, but it does not appear on the list of subscriptions on my Microsoft Account.
    It does appear on my Orders List.

    I am missing some games in my Xbox game pass Ultimate

    It's not just you. My GamePass Ultimate subscription also does not show all the Yakuza games. I think it's a glitch on Microsoft's end.

    If that family member's Microsoft account does not have an Xbox Live Gold (or Game Pass Ultimate) subscription connected to it, it will then have to rely on whatever subscriptions that their device's Home Xbox setting has with it. The Microsoft account
    family feature does not extend subscriptions to those accounts.

    Hey, I have the same problem. I bought Game Pass Ultimate today and everything was done. It even showed in my microsoft account subscriptions. But when I opened Xbox it shows that I have a subscription error.

    Towards the bottom you will see their Facebook page and they ask to post there. There is also a
    support sitefor the casual games you can look over also.
