Microsoft Ultimate Word Games premium not recognised

Discus and support Microsoft Ultimate Word Games premium not recognised in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; Our(OK, my wife's) MUWG premium subscription is not being recognised since KB45509451.     Microsoft Ultimate Word Games premium not recognised


    Our(OK, my wife's) MUWG premium subscription is not being recognised since KB45509451. If we uninstall the KB then it's fine but Win10 home keeps reinstalling the KB. Also intermittent cloud saving of score. It's very frustrating particularly as we have
    paid for a premium subscription.

    They recommend uninstalling the cumulative service pack. Problem is that is gets reinstalled by Win10 Home. This is annoying not least because we paid MS for the premium functionality and we arent getting it. How about a refund for the missing functionality

    XBOX (Beta) App     or via xbox.com. If there is everything fine it is maybe only a Network issue. If not you should
    contact the support.
