Microsoft Ultimate Word Games on Windows 10

When trying to sign in to the above game, yesterday it could not sync with my cloud details so I played offline, today I reset to try and sign in, was shown the option of signing in to cloud data or that on my device I opted to use the back up on my device,
but then the programme seemed to crash. When I went to re-sign in all my data is lost. Anyone know how I can retrieve the data for this game?

Missing Sunday crosswords for December in Microsoft Ultimate Word Games

This issue is related to Microsoft Ultimate word Games being played on a Windows 10 PC.

A new month of puzzles is loaded today for December. There are no Sunday crossword puzzles for this month of December.

Other people having same problem, or is Microsoft Casual Games aware of this problem?

Please sort out your Windows 10 Ultimate Word Games. We are fed up paying for a product that don't work.......

Can you re-install the game? A possible
clean boot of your system may also help.

Thank you Diego, I have tried re-installing the game but that hasn't worked, thanks for providing the links, I shall look at them. It is late in the evening now here in the UK so will look at them probably on Sunday when I will have time. Thanks once again

Unfortunately there isn't an individual Wordament app in the Microsoft Store. Microsoft Ultimate Word Games is the newer version of word games on Windows 10, which includes Crosswords, Wordament, and Jumble. Instead of separating the games into 3 different
apps, they are all found in one app.

Feedback for apps on Windows can be submitted through the Feedback Hub app for Windows 10. Feedback Hub enables you to provide feedback about Windows and apps by sharing your suggestions or problems.

Have input my question to Xbox forum as the Wordament App on my Lumia 635 has me sign on to Xbox in order to play it. The Wordament on the Lumia does not resemble the one in Ultimate word games. It has a lot of international players who display their flags
and none of the 'Nintendo like' appearance of the Ultimate word games. Fortunately, it still downloads to some Windows phones. Many of the players for 'classic' Wordament have been there for years and have accumulated significant rankings that are not available
in the Ultimate Games version. In reality it is a different game entirely from the Ultimate game version. Would think that the Xbox people would have more influence over this than the Feedback Hub people.
