    Microsoft ultimate word games login error


    When i start Microsoft ultimate word games ill got a login error

    Could not login on Xbox Live, error 0x87DD0005

    Login directly on xbox works fine

    Trying to start the game from my xbox, my games redirect me to
    https://account.xbox.com/nl-nl/GameInfoHub?titleid=534004979&storeId=9WZDNCRFHWFG&activetab=main%3am...

    The only way to ply is to start as a guest

    This is strange, ill play the game from the start with xbox and before as a standalone game.

    Get error code 0x87DD0005 when trying to sign into Microsoft Ultimate Word Games. Can play Microsoft Solitaire Collection, but not Word Games. Is there an solution for this?

    Cant sign in the game.

    Same issue.

    But - other Microsoft games have no issues.

    Microsoft ultimate word, and Microsoft jigsaw both login without any issue.

    Within solitaire - main screen shows I am not logged in - playing as guest - but clicking on the xbox icon to left of guest - opens xbox app which logs in fine.

    The only thing that will not login to xbox live is solitaire. This only started yesterday.

    I have gone through everything on the error checking page - none of the suggested solutions make any difference.

    Same with me. I was able to login to play Microsoft Solitaire collection, but not Ultimate Word Games. I was even able to login to my xbox account and see my progress there, but when I try and launch it through there this message comes up
    I am having the same issue.

    Hi

    I am having trouble opening Mahjong and Microsoft Ultimate word games.. It seems to be loading Solitaire ok.

    I uninstalled both the apps and now i am having trouble installing the two apps. i get the error: "Microsoft Ultimate Word Games is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001"

    Any help would be apreciated

    It is in the Microsoft Ultimate Word Games package. It is called Word Twister.

    I'm getting the same error when trying to access Microsoft Ultimate Word Games. No problem with Solitaire, or logging in directly to the XBox app. Please someone fix it.
