Microsoft Ultimate Word Games - July 1 2017 - Crosswords/Mystery Clue won't load

I was able to play the 2 out of 3 games within the Microsoft Ultimate Word Games > Daily Challenge for July 1 2017
but not the Crosswords/Mystery Clue. :-(

The error is: Problem Loading the Daily Challenge.
This error occurred only when I clicked on the Crosswords/Mystery Clue choice, not the other 2 games. I even got the advertisement before the game and then after I clicked close on the advertisement, the error occurred.

Also I exited out of the whole Microsoft Solitaire Collection and tried again...Same issue and error.

Weird message, as I played 2 out of the 3 games.

Would you be so kind to take a look?

And todays Crosswords/Mystery Clue puzzle is a "hard" one, (the easy ones were very easy), so I am eagerly waiting to play it!

Microsoft Ultimate Word Games: Daily Challenges - UNABLE TO PLAY

Good morning,

I am writing because I am unable to open the daily challenges for the Mystery Clue Crossword puzzles for July 1 and 2 on Microsoft Ultimate Word Game.

Please fix, ASAP!

Exact problem you describe. First two games no problem. Crosswords/Mystery Clue won't load. Says, "There was a problem loading daily challenge data. Please check your Internet connection and try again. If problems persists contact
our support team."

 

Well guess what?? The exact same problem is here once again for today's (Sunday 02 July, 2017) daily challenge!! Imagine that??!! Its also a crossword and a "hard" one as well. Let's all hope "they" will take a look at
this and take care of it. Happy 4th to all!!

 

Its now 3 consecutive days with this same issue - Ultimate Word Games daily challenge Crosswords portion will not load in order to play. Same error message for all 3 days of July (so far). Hmmmm . . .
