    Microsoft Ultimate Word Games is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error...


    One minute I am into Microsoft Word Games then I try to go back and receive this message. How can I fix this problem?

    Hi

    I am having trouble opening Mahjong and Microsoft Ultimate word games.. It seems to be loading Solitaire ok.

    I uninstalled both the apps and now i am having trouble installing the two apps. i get the error: "Microsoft Ultimate Word Games is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001"

    Any help would be apreciated

    I think this might be a service related issue as I've seen many posts on the forum recently from other users with the exact same error code

    I had the same issue, I was able to solve it by uninstalling the game and then re-installing it. Nothing else I tried worked, so it may be worth a shot to try uninstalling it.
