Microsoft Ultimate Word Games - Crosswords for April missing

Hi has anyone else noticed that the April 2018 Crosswords map is missing?? And as to the Sunday puzzle, really annoyed that these have not been available for so long.

Wordament and Jumble for April now missing from Microsoft Ultimate Word Games

I have been progressing through Jumbles and Wordament puzzles in Microsoft Ultimate Word Games for the month of April and as of last night, I had progressed about a third of the way through April puzzles.

Today, there are no April games for either Jumbles or Wordament. Not just my progress is missing; the entire month of April for both categories is missing.

I uninstalled Microsoft ultimate Word Games and reinstalled, restarted my PC (Windows 10), and the April puzzles for Jumble and Wordament categories are still not there.

As per discussed in my previous 2 posts for this month, April Crosswords have never been available and Microsoft has responded with the usual "we are working on things you will like for future release and we are unable to focus on the missing April Crosswords".

Please assist with problem for missing Wordament and Jumble subsets of puzzles in Microsoft Ultimate Word Games. April is proving to be very disappointing.

Hey all, MS Ultimate Word Games April Crossword map is not loading? Is this a common problem??

 

Just checked and I confirm it is not there yet. Someone's playing april fools?

 

I hope so, as I am already annoyed about the Sunday puzzles! Thanks.

 

The crossword section seems to get worse by the day. this is not for people who really enjoy challenging puzzles.

I also don't have the April crosswords. I have tried uninstall/reinstall and signing out and back in.. Nothing works. Microsoft is no help-- at least yet.

 

Same here. No April Crossword and I also miss the Sunday puzzles.

 

I spent about 2 1/2 hours yesterday on chat and the phone with various Microsoft departments (got the corporate phone shuffle) and was hung up on by their support staff. Nobody I spoke to even knew what the Ultimate Word Games was, much less what to do
about the missing crosswords.

 

I spent 120 minutes with tech support. She finally found out there are no

April puzzles because they are revamping this section!

 

Were you able to get details? For example, what the revamping was and how long we'll be waiting for new puzzles?
