Microsoft Ultimate Word Games Crosswords and Mystery clue

I tried to open the Microsoft Ultimate Word Games crosswords mystery clue and keep getting this message -
Error. There was a problem loading Daily Challenge data. Please wait a few minutes and try again. If the problem persists, please contact our support team.

I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it several times to no avail, It won't click over to the April Maps so I can do crosswords there. Any suggestions?

Microsoft Ultimate Word Games: Daily Challenges - UNABLE TO PLAY

Good morning,

I am writing because I am unable to open the daily challenges for the Mystery Clue Crossword puzzles for July 1 and 2 on Microsoft Ultimate Word Game.

Please fix, ASAP!

 

Microsoft Ultimate Word Games - July 1 2017 - Crosswords/Mystery Clue won't load

I was able to play the 2 out of 3 games within the Microsoft Ultimate Word Games > Daily Challenge for July 1 2017
but not the Crosswords/Mystery Clue. :-(

The error is: Problem Loading the Daily Challenge.
This error occurred only when I clicked on the Crosswords/Mystery Clue choice, not the other 2 games. I even got the advertisement before the game and then after I clicked close on the advertisement, the error occurred.

Also I exited out of the whole Microsoft Solitaire Collection and tried again...Same issue and error.

Weird message, as I played 2 out of the 3 games.

Would you be so kind to take a look?

And todays Crosswords/Mystery Clue puzzle is a "hard" one, (the easy ones were very easy), so I am eagerly waiting to play it!

I have the same problem today. The other daily challenges worked OK. It looks like the problem is on their side. I tried to "contact the support team" but just ended up here. So much for support!

 

I have been getting this message as well when attempting to play the Daily Challenge Crossword. I tried several times earlier today as well as just now, and it still won't open.

 

I tried several hours ago and was getting the same error message.

Hoped it would be fixed by now.

Also my April Wordamnet map has dissapeared

 

Same problem ... it's impossible to play Daily Challenge Crossword.

And also April 2018 Maps in Jumble and Wordament disappeared ...

 

I cannot get any April downloads .I had completed Wordament for April and almost completed Jumble for April 2018

 

I have the same problems. No crossword daily challenge and no April 2018 maps for any of the games--jumble and wordament were there until today when they disappeared. Where is the response from Microsoft??? I don't even see a "we're working on the problem"
or at the least "we're sorry for the problems". Instead--silence here. When told to contact support and get this community forum with no answers it is EXTREMELY frustrating. Where is the QC of these products?? And where is customer service?? I see none!

 

I have had the same issue for the past 12 hours and am also surprised there is no Microsoft comment since the issue is clearly on their side

Same problems here!

No April maps, no Crossword in daily challenge. Funny thing when logging in got told data was out of date on my PC.

Me too. And not matter how I try to get to 'support', I only end up here.

 

Same problem here. Miss doing my crosswords!

 

like many others ive had issues with the daily challenges as the crossword ones refuse to work saying there is a problem loading daily challenge data. the 'support team' suggestion is, as others have said, a JOKE.
