    Microsoft Ultimate billing on credit card


    I have had a weekly Microsoft Ultimate billing on my credit card for the past 2 years now, despite the fact that my Microsoft account shows zero subscriptions and my credit card is not linked to the account. I have spoken with my bank who said Microsoft needed to confirm where the transaction is coming from. I have phoned and emailed many times with no one at Microsoft being able to help me. HELP! This is 2 years of weekly payments !

    FTW 1997, Since you are attempting to use your friend's credit card, your address must match the address of the credit card. That is why you are getting rejected. Microsoft uses the billing address of the credit card and your address in order to prevent
    fraud.
    support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-credit-card-authorization-failure    . Try updating your address to match the billing address of the credit card.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums.

    If there are billing issues with a specific credit card you are trying to use, I'd recommend removing that payment option from your Microsoft account on https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments.
    Remove the credit card entirely and then re-add the card with the correct numbers and the correct billing address.

    If the issue continues, then try to use another credit card or valid payment option.

    Let us know if removing and re-adding the credit card from the Microsoft account helps.

    I cant change my billing information.

    I try to change it on the Microsoft account online I go to my billing information with my credit card with my PayPal with my Microsoft account I go to my credit card which has my Xbox live membership on it but there's no edit so I can edit my credit card
