Yes indeed, I checked already and the product description is "Microsoft Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 3 months". It is the grey card with the "ultimate" word in green (not the green cards).

Heads up Walmart.com also has the 3 month ultimate gamepass on sale as well normally $44.99 for $24.99 that is a $20 saving. If you bought 4 you could get gamepass for a year that is $179 in the Microsoft store and you can get it for $100

The email is not misleading. When you already have a Gold subscription and you purchase Ultimate, any remaining Gold you have left is cancelled and upgraded to Ultimate. So the 5 months you had od Gold was upgraded to Ultimate. Since the $1 promotion is
for 3 months of Ultimate, it would have also added 3 months so you would have actually had 8 months of Ultimate after making the purchase.

Since your Gold was converted to Ultimate, cancelling Ultimate cancels everything.

But when I looked at my ultimate expiration it only went until February 2021; 3 months. Not 5, not 8, 3. And I canceled for a refund, but it didn't do that, it simply got rid of ultimate.

I'm not looking for anything special. I just want Microsoft to either honor the email offer or give me back the gold I paid for.

I read that 3 months Live Gold was 3:2 conversion rate to Ultimate but what is it officially from Microsoft? As 1 months is supposed to convert to 20 days then I'd expect more than 1 month for 3.
