Microsoft ultimate 1 subscription

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We are sorry for the issue with the subscription. Unfortunately, no one here on the forums are able to do what you are requesting. You will need to request a call from support for assistance.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----click on Contact us
  
• Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
  
• Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next
  
  Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Hi everyone I bought an Xbox 360 from someone so when I try and play the game it says I must put parental password and the guy that I bought it from he says he forgot about the password he doesn't remember the password so how do I clear it out or my Xbox

As a piece of advice, you may want to wait until your Ultimate ends up, then you can upgrade the Gold to Ultimate at a 1:1 ratio with no problems!

Oh, that makes sense. But now that I have canceled the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership (and have been refunded the $1 it took to upgrade it), is the rest of my subscription gone?

If you cancelled ultimate yes, because when you paid the 1$ converted all in ultimate, by cancelling ultimate you are cancelling all subscription because ultimate is the 3 subscriptions in 1.
