MICROSOFT TREASURE HUNT PROBLEM

Can anyone tell me the correct procedure to follow to report this problem about Microsoft Treasure Hunt? Just a half hour ago, as I was playing Treasure Hunt, the game shut down. I started the game again, and all lives, tools, and gold amounts had disappeared,
restarting me at level 1. I can't even remember what level I was playing at, somewhere in the 80's. All tools were at full level, and all items had been purchased with the coin I earned in the game. Really this is upsetting, though it be only a game.

A few things you can try:

1) Switch to full screen mode, or switch from full screen mode - this sometimes causes the textures to redraw

2) Drag the game window around on your screen and drag it so that the missing textures are off screen (e.g. the window is only half visible) - again this may cause the textures to redraw.

3) Disconnect yourself from the internet and try playing - sometimes ads cause issues.

I get this message: Choose another item. This in-app purchase item is no longer available in Microsoft Treasure Hunt [CV: 5Y8jpQB4KEKhY39+.20.2] when I try to sign in. I am already signed in to Xbox live and Microsoft Solitaire. I get a similar message
with all the game apps beneath the solitaire games, each with a different code. All my achievements for my previous play are still recorded on Xbox live but I can't play any of the games. How can this be fixed?
