Microsoft transaction

Hi i recently got a gift card using my microsoft points that i earned and bought some fifa points with the gift card but i never recieved the fifa points even though the balance of my gift card decreased. I requested a refund from micrsoft but they said
i wasnt eligible, anyone know where my points may be or how i get a refund?

That is the weird part. I have checked my account and there is no transaction. I chatted with the Microsoft Support and they do not show any transaction either. So, If there is no transaction with me or Microsoft, what will happen next?

 

Unable to download "Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition again.

I purchased Minecraft in 2012 on the older Microsoft Points system. The transactions website states that "Transactions related to Microsoft Points will be shown for a period of one year at most."

Is there a way to see older transactions, so that I can actually see what I've purchased in the past?

 

There could be a delay in the points going on to your game . Hard restart the console . And you microsoft account to make sure the purchase did go through

 

Iv hard reset it and checked my account but nothings come through and i made the purchase 2 days ago now

 

You would need to talk to the publisher of the game EA sports about this they would be the ones to see what happened to your points and would be the ones to put them onto your account if you did not get them.

MS has no way of seeing if you got the points onto your game or not that information is saved on the EA side of things.

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue not being able to populate your FIFA points.

Since this is in game currency and your purchase history does show that the transaction went through for your points, then I would suggest either removing and redownloading your account as outlined in our support page entitled

How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One or by actually contacting
EA sports support
directly.

When you redownload your account, it's supposed to load up as up to date as possible, so that might help.

Otherwise the developer of the game EA, would be the next course of action as to see what happened.
