    Microsoft tooks the money from my account, but I canceled the subscription before the end of the free trial. What can I do to get my money back ? This is not normal.

    Issues cancelling auto renewal

    I canceled my renewal and they still took money off my card. It was canceled way before the next billing date any ideas what to do?

    I have the same problem here. i triwd gamepass

    to try forza horizon 4 and canceled it within 14 days. now i cant start rocket league since it became also a gamepass-game. but i buyed it 1 year ago. reseted xbox and reinstalled the game 2 times. nothing helps !

    I’ve been charged twice for gamepass ultimate

    No there’s only one but when I bought gamepass the other day it took the money out of my bank twice

    it seems that 3 months gamepass membership worths 90 tl but the money I owe is 177 tl

    I can pay 90 tl but 177 tl for 3 months gamepass is way overpriced for me.

    also if I delete this microsoft account, my membership should be cancelled shouldn't it?

    I'm not using this account to play games anyway.

    Lesson learned loud and clear, I see my appeal is also unanswered, I've cancelled Gamepass and moving to PlayStation rather.

    Going to try and get a refund for this Gamepass, what a waste of money this has been.
