    Microsoft took my right to play any game in all possible ways in my Xbox console one, and it is still under warranty!
    Due to an account error made guided by the support a reset manufactures, it does not leave the configuration screen as it passes the message banned when it will update the first time, to be able to continue the first configuration, for you can
    not upgrade not out of this screen, even when I update the offline console asks for a connection to the live which is not allowed so do not enter the system.
    This is totally against the law unconstitutional! I feel aggrieved because I have a console with no defect is still with warranty 6 messes purchase, do not know why this passing ban message.
    Besides not give clear, fast and objective information on the particular problems that customer that this problem does not explain right what reasons it's happening with this account, and because no one in the media in any country have access to
    any information to pass to the customer is only passing on links to company policies.
    They just indicate to the political, has hundreds of things that have to be addressed directly with someone from within Microsoft.
    I wonder how can I play my own game, because it passes the configuration screen.

    From what I can gather from that gobbledygook is that you get a message that your console is banned but you can't use it offline.

    If that's the case try the offline diagnostic tool.

    I would link you to what it is & how to use it but this forum is such a mess now I probably wont find it.

    wow this was an interesting read 😂 Looking at his gamer tag and score it's a new account gamer score is only 795, you don't get a console ban for nothing only you know what you have done? MS don't read these posts the best thing you can do is try ringing

    I think support told him to factory reset but that does not let him get a new update cause he is banned. So much chaos in one post. I wonder if he used google translator, sounds a bit like it.

    Clearly you have been slapped in the face. Fortunately there are other consoles to buy. I should add that consoles are cheap so... just buy another one or move on. :)
