    Microsoft took my right to play any game in all possible ways in my Xbox console one, and it is still under warranty! Due to an account error made guided by the support a reset manufactures, it does not leave the configuration screen as it passes the message

    From what I can gather from that gobbledygook is that you get a message that your console is banned but you can't use it offline.

    If that's the case try the offline diagnostic tool.

    I would link you to what it is & how to use it but this forum is such a mess now I probably wont find it.
