    On 04/18/2020 I purchased a game by mistake in the Microsoft Store, an hour later I realized that money had been deducted from my credit card and so I decided to contact Microsoft support for a refund according to the norms that the page specified. On 04/20/2020
    I received an email which explained that within 5 business days I was going to be reimbursed my money to my credit card, the problem is that it is already 04/28/2020 and I have not received the money and the product I purchased by mistake has been taken from
    me, also in the order history the product appears as "returned", and in technical support, the product can no longer be refunded because it appears as "request approved. "

    I do not know what to do, I have contacted support but they do not answer, I sent emails explaining my problem without answers and the Bot they have is useless.

    El día 18/04/2020 adquirí un juego por error en la Microsoft Store, una hora después me percate que se me habían descontado dinero de mi tarjeta de crédito y entonces decidí ponerme en contacto con el soporte de Microsoft para que me hicieran un reembolso
    según las normas que especificaba la pagina. El día 20/04/2020 recibí un correo el cual explicaba, que en el transcurso de 5 días hábiles se me iba a realizar el reembolso de mi dinero a mi tarjeta de crédito, el problema es que ya es 28/04/2020 y no he recibido
    el dinero y me han quitado el producto que adquirí por error, ademas en el historial de pedidos aparece el producto como "devuelto", y en el soporte técnico, el producto ya no se puede reembolsar debido a que aparece como "solicitud aprobada".

    Ya no se que hacer, me he puesto en contacto con el soporte pero no contestan, envié correos explicando mi problema sin respuestas y el Bot que tienen no sirve para nada.

    Hello you need to contact Xbox live support for this the chat should be open it may just take some time to get in but they will help you or you can Call and talk to them. Good luck

    you stated in your other post you wanted a refund due to saving for a pc, which is it, you accidentally bought it or you just want a refund, you need to be crystal clear when requesting a refund. you can always reply to the email you got and ask why they
    would not refund and ask them to check again.
