    Microsoft took my money twice for nothing


    I just tried to buy Battlefield 4 in the online store, but instead I got an "Unknown error" message, which said that I should try again.

    I did try again, but no game was added to my library. Microsoft just took my money twice, and then again told me about an "unknown error".

    I shouldn't have bought Xbox. I have no polite words for this, and I will have no money for microsoft any more.

    i bought a game and i have been churched twice and i cant download the game what is this miss !!!!!!!!!??????????

    Same problem..... they took my money for Need for speed 2015 twice and i still can t download .

  5. The charges will probably drop in a couple of days. This could happen with any service and is actually quite common with failed online purchases.

    However, seeing that this is Xbox we're dealing with, chances are you really were charged twice and there will be no regard with what has been done with your money. I appreciate you voicing your displeasure with the service! Might I recommend selling the
    console before you are untimely console banned?

    There is absolutely no reason to think a console ban will arise out of this. Please ignore Your Tech Dude.

    There was a Service issue yesterday affecting purchases and I strongly suspect that you being double-billed is a result of this.

    Contact Phone Support (use the link I provided) and they will be able to help you out.

    There was a Service issue yesterday affecting purchases and I strongly suspect that you being double-billed is a result of this.

    Contact Phone Support (use the link I provided) and they will be able to help you out.
