    I preordered black ops 4 on september 14th. They tried to pull out $63.59 on 10/4/2018 4 times, 3 were denied and 1 was accepted, they then tried to pull it out if my bank account multiple times on the 5th,7th,8th,9th and 10th, all denied. Microsoft apperently
    has no record of them taking my money and asked to send a picture if my bank statment, so i did. That was 10/12/2018 when the game was released and when i realized that it wouldnt let me play it cause it said i didnt buy the game. Ive been on the phone with
    microsoft support for 12 days straight and they still wont give me my game after i sent them the picture of my bank statement proving that i bought it. They say their level 3 team is “working on it” and stated that theyd have a solution in 48-72 hour and they
    would give me a call. They never called. So i called the fourth day after they said they would call me. They said that thier worker messed up and sent me the wrong email to attach the picture of my bank statement . So i sent it again with the same result .
    It is now day 12 and they still haven’t given me my game. I am looking into sueing microsoft . This is not a question but i wanted to make it publicly known so more people can see and hopefully help me

    Hello Madking,

    Sorry for your frustration with the game. When level 3 looks at a case it can take 5-7 business days. Being that you had to resend the picture in to a different email they might of resubmitted which would be 5-7 days from that day. Keep following up with
    the case you made with support. Make sure to email them often asking about status. There is nothing we can do here on the forums in that regard, you went the correct route. I had similar situation where my case got sent to level 3 also.

    Ocupo alguien que me ayude compre una tarjeta de regalo y no pude canjearla y a la zona donde fui a comprarla me dijeron que no se hacian cargo y ocupo que me resuelvan esto estuve ahorrando para tirar el dinero

    Sorry for your frustration with the game. When level 3 looks at a case it can take 5-7 business days. Being that you had to resend the picture in to a different email they might of resubmitted which would be 5-7 days from that day. Keep following up with
    the case you made with support. Make sure to email them often asking about status. There is nothing we can do here on the forums in that regard, you went the correct route. I had similar situation where my case got sent to level 3 also.
