    Microsoft took money but didn’t give me my purchase


    i went to buy the 1,100 points on COD Warzone, and it said that the purchase failed, but when i went to my account, it shows that indeed the money has been deducted from my bank account and i have yet to receive my 1,100 points. It says under the transaction that it was Microsoft who took the money out without giving me what i paid for, im a long time customer with Xbox and Microsoft, very disappointed and frustrated at the moment

    I can’t do a refund because the order won’t even show up on my microsoft account, but it still took the money, this is the first time this has ever occurred

    It may take a few hours for the order to appear in your account's purchase history.

    Can you find your order in your purchase history and the status is ''completed''?
    You can check your purchase history through this link. https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    Also check that the account you used to buy the coins is the same one you use in the game, if it's different you won't receive the coins in the account you're expecting.

    If everything is ok with your purchase and it was purchased with the correct account, it may take up to 24 hours for you to receive the coins in your account, the developer may take a little longer.

    If after 24 hours nothing happens, contact Activision, if they don't help you you can ask for a refund.

    Hello Madking,

    Sorry for your frustration with the game. When level 3 looks at a case it can take 5-7 business days. Being that you had to resend the picture in to a different email they might of resubmitted which would be 5-7 days from that day. Keep following up with
    the case you made with support. Make sure to email them often asking about status. There is nothing we can do here on the forums in that regard, you went the correct route. I had similar situation where my case got sent to level 3 also.
