Microsoft took money away from my account?

Are you sure it's a new charge and not just a delay of the old one showing in your email ?

To be clear, make sure you go into your account, under services & subscriptions and make sure automatic renewal is turned off.

I had purchased a xbox live but for the wrong account, so i had requested a refun and got my money back but i got charged back again the next day. I know its not me who bought the xbox live and nothing shows on my order history. No options for
me to contact microsoft about this issue. Are there any emails or ways to contact microsoft?

You might need to go onto your account and under subscriptions you will find anything you are subscribed to, You can stop recurring subscriptions by selecting the problem if you have any issues contact microsoft at https://support.xbox.com/contact-us
