microsoft took away my skins and i cant get a refund because i maxed out refunds

Thanks for coming to Xbox Forums! While we empathize with your situation, it appears you are familiar with the Xbox refund policy and its limits on how many refunds you can claim per calendar year. There is nothing that we can do here on forums to change or alter this policy, nor work around it.

Hi Jesse thanks a heap I have used my max amount of refunds so I hope that doesnt change anything. this will help a heap was just concerned as they took away my skins and decline the refund because of max refunds

Hey Jesse sorry to get back to you so late my refund has been declined because I've maxed out my refunds. I refunded the skins before but got declined for the same reason but were still taken away from my after they were declined

I have had the same problem I haven’t asked for my vbucks to be refunded from Microsoft and they have took all my vbucks and the skins I bought with them away and I haven’t even asked for a refund request

Microsoft took away $35 worth of skins (Travis Scott and Astro Jack skin) over a refund of a $10 dollar purchase and now I can't get them back. Seems a bit unfair, no?
