Microsoft too my power cable and controller

so last month I sent my xbox one x in for repairs and I sent it in with the original box it comes with when you first buy it and I put in everything from the power cables to the controller and the damn hdmi too and of course the xbox too but I got it back
today and I only received the xbox but not cables and no controller and I have no idea how to get them back any suggestions? Anything helps thank you.

Dear MS... my final plea...

Doesn't sound forced too me unless you are also forced to have a controller, a hard drive, a blu-ray drive, a power cable and a HDMI cord too.

Firmware bug: no power on when mic is in controller and controller usb cable connected.

I want to report a firmware booting bug: xbox x doesn't power on when mic is in controller and controller usb cable connected after dis/reconnect the powercable.

Pushing the power button on the console result few seconds power lights on and goes dead again every time.

After dis/reconnect the powercable and without mic in the controller then it will power on normally and also when mic is in controller and power on normal wireless (=without controller usb cable connected).

So only mic and usb cable in the controller doesn't power on!

The cable from the Xbox One Play & Charge kit is a standard MICRO USB cable (not USB-C).

The cable itself can't be too powerful. It's the host device that "puts the power into the cable".

But I can assure you: I have charged my phone, my controller and my power bank with that cable without any issues.

Just beware that your phone has to have a Micro USB connection. If your phone has a USB-C connection, you will need a different cable.

I was able to pass the boot screen on my 360 slim after unplugging few USB cables at the back. Maybe too much power was taken by USB peripherals, there's one cable for the kinect, two for Xbox controllers chargers, and one for a wireless soundcard and a
headset.
