    Microsoft told me to contact preview ambassador


    hi, I was told my Microsoft on the phone to contact a preview ambassador after several hours on the phone trying to resolve an issue.

    Can someone contact me please or inform me how I contact someone, the steps the Microsoft guy gave me don't take me anywhere as there isn't such options.

    Windows Insider for Windows 10, Xbox One Preview Program?

    I am a tester/Insider for Windows 10 using this Microsoft account. An Xbox Support Twitter user told me to post in the forums regarding the Xbox One Preview Program? She said to have an Ambassador invite me to the program.

    @Sparkstormer I had to contact Xbox Support on Twitter to help me with the signup problem and that's what they told me. That an Ambassador told them my GT was inappropriate.
