    They should start with being humble about getting things wrong. Just be honest and sincere. They have took a step in right direction with the regular updates for Xbox One. Open communication is the key and listening to us, the customers.

    Basically the fundamentals of running a good business really.

    Hmm. Announce that with XBL Gold, users on the X1. That through the "Cloud" could can be used as a TB or more, of cyber harddrive space perhaps?

    Na, that wouldn't work!

    How about an external HDD via USB for extra storage. But do it like Sony does and let people use any external HDD.

    Oh, but then you'll always have a cable connected to your console. What to do?

    Xbox One Slim which comes with a 7500 RPM - 2 TB HDD. Oh, and a user friendly easy access door so if HDD tech reaches, say. 100,000 RPM/800 + TB capability. X1 owners could easily UPGRADE.

    It could work! Now why couldn't MS think of that to begin with?

    Looking forward to E3, and what both Console manufacturers will REVEAL. Or perhaps even a 3rd Competitor in the Console market.
