    Microsoft, this is your problem; not ours.


    You are getting numerous complaints about Microsoft Jigsaw. It's about time you either remove it from your collection, or find some programmers who can code. The game freezes when a specific ad for that day shows up. This leads me to think that your programmers
    haven't incorporated the ad properly. I understand about needing the ads, but if you're going to show them, then show them correctly.

    Why do the card games work, and Jigsaw doesn't? The card games don't show ads while users are playing the games. Jigsaw wants to show the ads while we're trying to puzzle. I know it can be done because there are days when it does work, but there are more
    days when it doesn't. Either you have one programmer who knows what he/she is doing, or that programmer just got lucky that day. Maybe it's in the ads. Maybe the way they are created is the problem. Either way, you need someone to play the puzzles everyday,
    and figure out why it works one day and not the next.

    This has been going on for months. Come on, Guys, you are Microsoft! That used to mean something!

    So, it worked better yesterday, 9/6/2017, than it had in a few days. I was able to work 3 or 4 days worth of Jigsaw games. I could tell it was still a little spotty, and it did throw me out once, but today, 9/7/2017, it's working great. Just keep doing
    what you did today.

    I don't even have Xbox livelive, and I'm having the same problems when I'm signing into my network. It says that the network is good, but they're experiencing xbox service issues. Its cause my xbox to run EXTREMELY SLOW. I literally thought I had the black
    screen of death it took so long to load. And it seems like the dashboard and idle menu are having major problems. I fixed the problems only temporarily by resetting the console, but I'm sure the xbox service issue is causing the problems?? Idk
